Our room was spotless and stylish, with very fancy decor and a very comfortable bed. the location was convenient, right next to two other well-respected restaurants.

Very nice impression, beds are very comfortable, it was a remodeled hotel and the toliet did not flush correctly, we called but no one came to fix it so it ran constantly. The hotel was very nice thought, but you need fans if you are not putting in ceiling fans, and they had neither.

Trying to charge 20.00 per person to take you into town.We had 8 people, so that would have been 160.00, we actually talked them into giving us a adult only rate, so that was much better, but still 80.00 plus tip. Very nice guy driving the van and he was worth tipping.

Clean and cool hotel, good breakfast. Magnificent and unbeatable location close to the airport, excellent facilities. Great service, brand-new standard room with a double bed and very fancy decor, as for instance. Good choice of outstanding food at breakfast time.

The location was so convenient, just a stone's throw from the airport and close to shopping outlets, Walmart, restaurants, the coliseum. I was pleasantly surprised with the upgrade to a brand-new room that offered a stunning view. - the breakfast was satisfying, and I enjoyed spending time at the bar.

It was conveniently located to relatives. That is why I booked it. Then found it was right across the street from the Tanger outlets and lots of great restaurants. It was Spoleto so we went downtown easily also. The room was beautiful and up to date. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff at the hotel were helpful and extremely friendly. the room had an extremely comfy bed. - Free parking was available. - the location was absolutely perfect, especially for the food selection. - the service was friendly and just what we needed.

The hotel has an open area atrium in which you can look down to the lobby.....however this made it extremely noisy until after midnight each day.

Our room was large, well maintained and comfortable. We had an air conditioning problem in our first room. We were promptly moved to another room with assitance from the staff. We had a lovely stay.

I found the hotel difficult to find. The signage at the major turn was too small. I would love to have had better directional signage in the area.

The accommodations at Crowne Plaza Charleston were gorgeous and fairly clean. the rooms were spotless and well-designed, with an extremely comfy bed, seating area, and dresser. the location was particularly good, at a medium distance from Tanger Outlet Charleston. Having different complimentary drinks in the main bar was a very nice touch.

Hotel room was very modern, clean, comfortable and well maintained -- excellent property. It is a high end hotel and was priced accordingly, but I thought it was a good value for the quality of the accommodation.

Wasn't in our primary area of interest, but we booked relatively late for a holiday weekend. Is near convention center and Tanger outlet mall if those are your interests. We spent our time in the historic/waterfront area, so this wasn't the closest. But even so, it was a very easy drive.

The service was excellent, the professional staff made me feel welcome, the room was brand-new with a soaking tub, and the breakfast was satisfactory and served in the bar.

The location which was near a really nice outlet mall
